After the dermoids are exposed, tissue separation continues until the hook of the dermoid releases from the tissue. They can go quite deep and shouldn't be pulled but separated until they release on their own.

The surgery was in the rump area, she also had a
3 crown ridge, that's why you see the marking in
the ridge.  The surgery mark is invisible on her rump.		 15
